Just wanted to congratulate you and say a huge thank you on behalf of myself and the family, for the lovely service you conducted yesterday. I wasn't able to say too much yesterday, for obvious reasons but felt I had to convey our gratitude.

Many people at the reception mentioned what a lovely service it was and in my experience, if they don't mean it, they don't say it. 

 

Thank you too, for getting my Husband into the Chapel before the main body of mourners, it made my life much easier.

 

Edna rang me last night and said she felt everything had gone off smoothly and that she too, was very pleased with the service.

 

I will not hesitate to recommend you to anyone enquiring.
